Yoga: Vinyasa, Yin,
Restorative &
Sound-Baths
In the early 90's, after attending a silent meditation retreat with Jack Kornfield, Scott began his journey into the practices of yoga. He has practiced and studied a broad range of yoga practices including; Iyengar, Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin & Restorative.
One of Scott's favorite classes to teach is his Sunday 4-6pm 2-hour class which integrates; breathing, meditation, vinyasa and yin sound-bath.
" My primary reflection on the practices of yoga is gratitude for the many ways it has allowed me to heal and grow in; mind, body & spirit. Often when teaching I reflect on the profound ways the practice has re-shaped the trajectory of my life. " Scott

" Scott brings a calm, steady presence to each of his classes. He seamlessly integrates breathwork, movement, and soundscape in ways that are always creative, often challenging, and ever transformative. I come away from each class breathing deeper, thinking clearer, and moving with more ease. "
